KID KOALA (creator, musical score) Kid Koala is a world-renowned scratch DJ, music producer, and award winning graphic novelist. He has released four solo albums on Ninja Tune the most recent being 12 bit Blues. He has released two graphic novels: Nufonia Must Fall and Space Cadet. He has also been involved in collaborations such as Gorillaz, Deltron 3030, and The Slew. Kid Koala has toured with the likes of Radiohead, the Beastie Boys, Arcade Fire, Money Mark, A Tribe Called Quest, Mike Patton, DJ Shadow, and The Preservation Hall Jazz Band. He has contributed to scores for the films Shaun of the Dead, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, Looper and The Great Gatsby. He has composed music for The National Film Board of Canada, the CartoonNetwork, Sesame Street, and Adult Swim. He has also been commissioned to create music for runway shows for Belgian fashion designer Dries Van Noten. Kid Koala’s unforgettable live shows range from silly touring turntable carnivals like Short Attention Span Theater (featuring turntable bingo) and Vinyl Vaudeville (including puppets and dancers) to quiet-time events like Music To Draw To, his Space Cadet Headphone Experience and most recently, Nufonia Must Fall Live. He lives in Montreal with his wife and two daughters.

ADIRA AMRAM (Dancer) Adira Amram is a multidisciplinary performer based in NYC. She is a comedian, singer/songwriter, dancer, choreographer and writer. She is most often seen performing with her award winning comedic dance music group Adira Amram & The Experience. She is frequent collaborator of Kid Koala in addition to performing with other artists including Ophira Eisenberg, Broad City, Arden Myrin and Kristen Schaal. She released her first record Hot Jams For Teens on North Street Records. Her music videos have been featured on funnyordie.comhuffingtonpost.comand ucbcomedy.com

JESSI COLON (Dancer) Jessi is a native New Yorker; she began dancing with Jacques D'Amboise's National Dance Institute, and then graduated from The School at Steps on Broadway's pre-professional program. Jessi has had the privilege of working with many wonderful dance companies and shows, including Black Grace (New Zealand), UB2, and Nice Jewish Girls Gone Bad. Jessi is 1/3 of the satirical pop sensation, Adira Amram and the Experience, which has been presented Kid Koala’s Vinyl Vaudeville Biographies internationally; collaborating artists include Ophira Eisenberg, Arden Myrin, DJ Kid Koala, DJ P Love, Kristin Schaal and Kurt Braunholer. Jessi is also an an accomplished pole dancer; she is a two-time 1st place PSO competitor, and competed as a finalist in Pole Theatre USA. She is the co created of the film Lone Signal, which has been featured at the American Dance Festival, Outlet Dance, Vieques International, and Roxey Ballet film festivals. She lives in New York City.

MARESA D’AMORE MORRISON (Dancer) Maresa D'Amore-Morrison is a multidisciplinary dance artist, choreographer, and personal organizer. Currently based in NYC, she has performed across the globe as a member of the satirical musical comedic group Adira Amram and The Experience, and as a member of notable contemporary modern dance companies: Urban Bush Women, Evidence, A Dance Company, and Black Grace in Auckland, New Zealand. When not dancing, she works as a professional organizer, helping people gain efficiency and order in their lives. She was born in Boston, MA and received her BFA in Dance and Anthropology from the Alvin Ailey School/Fordham University.

TYSON HOUSEMAN (puppeteer) Tyson Houseman is a Cree actor, artist, puppeteer, and stilt walker. Born in Edmonton, Alberta, he is the son of notable aboriginal comedian Howie Miller.Tyson got his own big break while living in Vancouver when he attended an open casting call intended only for Indigenous actors and landed a role as a werewolf in the Twilight Saga films. Since then, Tyson has utilized his surreal teenage quasi-fandom by becoming a role model for aboriginal youth, and he travels to reserves across Canada to meet with youth and give motivational speeches. Tyson has a BFA in Theatre Performance from Concordia University in Montreal. He currently spends his winters in Montreal creating politically engaged performance works based around his aboriginal heritage, and his summers are spent working with the Bread & Puppet Theatre company on their beautiful farm in Glover, Vermont. Kyla Gilbert (puppeteer) Kyla Gilbert is a performer, puppeteer and former wildlife technician based in Montreal. Kyla has a BFA in Theatre and Development from Concordia University, where she had the opportunity to perform in a shadow puppetry production directed by Clea Minaker, as well as an immersive multi-media performance directed by Ulla Neuerburg-Denzer, Floyd Favel and Emilie Monnet. She has worked with the Bread and Puppet Theatre Company on various productions in Glover VT, Montreal and New York City. She is interested in exploring new ways of communicating through performance of all kinds, and in expressing the absurdity/profundity of life through music, dance, sculpture and puppetry.

SHARON LEVINSON (Sound Engineer) Sharon Levinson is a live sound engineer based in Montreal QC. Since being plucked from
obscurity by Kid Koala in 2002, she has toured with Amon Tobin, Arcade Fire, Swans, Wolf Parade, and many, many other bands.

BRIAN NEUMAN (Tour / Production Manager) Brian Neuman is an established tour and production manager based in Montreal, QC. He co-founded and ran the local promotion outfit Blue Skies Turn Black for over ten years, as well as owned and operated a successful music venue. Brian has booked and promoted hundreds of shows with artists such as Arcade Fire, Modest Mouse, Godspeed! You Black Emperor, Wolf Parade, Sufjan Stevens, Mastadon, Iron and Wine, Death Cab for Cutie, John Waters and many more. During his time at Blue Skies Turn Black, the company was voted " Best Local Promotor" in Montreal for eight consecutive years. He has since turned his expertise to production and tour logistics for artists such as Timber Timbre, Patrick Watson, Kid Koala, and many others. He lives in Montreal with his wife and two children.

CORINNE MERRELL (Additional Set Design) Corinne Merrell creates work as a production designer for film, stop-motion animation and theatre. Her handcrafted sets create environments and spaces for storytelling. She was head stop-motion art director on the award winning animated feature The Little Prince, directed by Mark Osborne. She was also production designer on the National Film Board’s The Fruit Hunters by acclaimed documentary filmmaker Yung Chang. Her collaborations with director Kara Blake continue to explore the use of miniatures in film. Illusions, a 2015 commission for the Ensemble Contemporain de Montréal and Gryphon Trio brought their filmwork to the stage. Ongoing work with Kid Koala, such as Nufonia Must Fall, directed by KK Barrett, has also incorporated set design and miniatures into live performance. She worked on Wong Kar Wai’s My Blueberry Nights and Mary Stewart Masterson’s The Cake Eaters. Theatre credits include Broadway productions Hairspray, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, and Legally Blonde. Corinne studied architecture at McGill University and also holds a Master of Fine Arts in Design for Stage and Film from NYU Tisch School of the Arts. She is a faculty member in the Department of Theatre at Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec.
