How old do I have to be to get into the club?
All shows are ALL AGES unless specified otherwise. Please check the show description to verify age limits for specific shows. All shows require a Government issued photo ID or Passport to show proof of age to purchase alcohol. Security is present at every show to verify identification. All patrons under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

What are your hours of operation?
Parts & Labor restaurant and bar along with the Patio (weather permitting) is open:
Monday: 5:00 pm – Midnight
Tuesday & Wednesday: 11:30 am – Midnight
Thursday, Friday & Saturday 11:30 am – 2:00 am
Sunday: 11:30 am – Midnight.
The Showroom doors open one hour before show time. The Showroom closes soon after the event ends.
How can I get tickets to a Motorco Music Hall show?
Tickets are available online and at the Parts & Labor bar during business hours. Click here to purchase tickets.
Can I get a refund?
Sorry, no refunds on tickets unless a show is cancelled. If a show is cancelled and you bought paper tickets at the Parts & Labor bar, refunds are available there. You will be refunded automatically if you purchased a ticket through our online ticketing system. Opening bands are subject to change without notice.
What are my payment options at Motorco?
We accept cash, American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.
What kind of beverages do you serve?
We have water, soft drinks, beer, wine, and spirits. You must be 21 or over and show proof of age with a government-issued photo ID in order to be served alcoholic beverages at any of our bars.
Do I need to bring ID?
All shows require a Government issued photo ID or Passport to enter. Security is present at every show to verify identification.
Do you serve food?
Yes! Our restaurant, Parts & Labor, is right next door.
What are the seating arrangements?
For the most part, shows are standing room with accessible bleacher seating for around 40. Some shows may be seated or semi-seated. Nearly all shows will be general admission although select shows might have VIP area seating. The arrangements will be described on each event page. The venue is ADA compliant. If you have special needs, please arrive at the venue 15 minutes before doors are scheduled to open.
What time does the show start?
Check the start times for specific shows by checking the show listings. Generally, headlining bands go on by 10 PM. We try our best to keep things on schedule, so have some beer and make some friends.

Can I get in for free?
Probably not, unless you’re famous, a member of the press, or we owe you a favor.
Put Admissions as the subject and contact us at email@example.com to state your case.
Can I bring my camera?
If the band welcomes cameras in the specific show posting, then bring it. Otherwise, leave it.
Do you have a Coat Check?
We have a wall of coat hooks just inside the front door. You can park your parka there but Motorco is not responsible for your clothing nor its contents.
Do you have a Lost and Found?
Yes. If you lose an item at Motorco, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and/or come by the venue the following day.
Can I smoke in your club?
There is no smoking or vaping (e-cigarettes) inside Motorco, nonetheless, you may venture outside. We do allow re-entry to most shows.
Is there re-entry?
At most shows, we do allow re-entry. Show the entry management people your handstamp and your I.D.
Where do I park?
Motorco has a parking lot of approximately 80 spaces directly adjacent to the Motorco building. The lot is accessed via Geer Street towards the back of the building. A parking attendant is on site and parking can be paid either directly to the attendant or via the Passport Parking App website (or download the app onto your phone). - Enjoy the show but please be respectful of others. You will be promptly ejected if you display any kind of antisocial behavior.
- You are absolutely not allowed up on stage. Stage diving is strictly prohibited.
- Most of our shows are general admission. A few might have VIP admission.
- We reserve the right to search all bags and clothing.
- No outside food or beverages.
- No markers, spray paint, weapons (includes pocket knives, fireworks, guns, etc.)
- Motorco is handicap accessible and ADA compliant. Please arrive at the venue 15 minutes before doors are scheduled to open.
